STAAR PheWAS UKBB Portal is a public web portal providing access to rare coding and noncoding variant associations. The portal evaluates the effects of rare coding and noncoding variants across 1,342 phenotypes using whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data from up to 490,549 UK Biobank participants.
